2 YEAR WARRANTY ON ALL PRODUCTS
Every 1ST PLAYER Gaming product has 2 years warranty: We warrant to the original purchaser that the product shall be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two years from the original date of purchase.
Warranty only covers defects of products caused by manufacturing. It does not cover regular wear and tear, including but not limited to, improper usage, accidents, breakage due to abuse, modification, unauthorized repair, water damage or other causes attributable to events outside the manufacturing process.
For any claim regarding a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), the end user must have a valid Proof of Purchase. If you purchased the product from an 1ST PLAYER reseller, please contact them in regards to your limited warranty claim, they will repair your 1ST PLAYER product or provide a new one.
 
1. What is a Valid Proof of Purchase?
A dated sales receipt from an authorized 1ST PLAYER dealer or reseller. The receipt must show the Product description, price and the shop´s name.
A dated official e-mail from an authorized on line 1ST PLAYER dealer or reseller confirming purchase and shipment of Product. The confirmation e-mail must show the Product description, price and the shop´s name.

2. What if I don't have a Proof of Purchase?
If you purchased from an 1ST PLAYER dealer or reseller, contact the dealer or reseller and see if they can provide a copy of your receipt. They will often have your purchase history on file and be able to supply a copy of the receipt for you.
If the Product was purchased on line please check your e-mails as the vendor should have sent you a confirmation page showing that the Product has been shipped to you.
If the Product was a gift we suggest you ask the giver to provide you with a receipt. You may also ask them to handle the warranty process for you in case asking for the receipt is not appropriated.

3. Why does 1ST PLAYER require a valid Proof of Purchase?
1ST PLAYER must check that the product is within the warranty period. We also need to verify that the Product was purchased from an authorized dealer or reseller.
1ST PLAYER follow these policies in order to protect both our customers and resellers.

4. Who is authorized to sell 1ST PLAYER Products?
